Jul 12, 2008 Bottle. Smoked meat, banana, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow orange color with large white head. Sweet orange, banana, clove wheat malt flavor with a hint of smokiness. Moderate carbonation. Outside of Bamberg, this is the first Hefe I’ve ever had that had any smokiness to it. Very nice beer - very unique.

Sep 8, 2002 Pale yellow, hazy. Neutral aroma. Dry with smooth mouthfeel. Lightly fruity. Very refreshing.

Nov 2, 2009 Bottle:Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, lively carbonation with a medium-sized firm off-white head; solid sweetish citrus-fruity nose, combined with a liitle - yeasty and zesty - tartness; moderate sweetish-fruity flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; faint traces of hops and tart flavours in the sweet wheaty-fruity finish. Decent stuff.......

Nov 7, 2009 Ottima weizen bevuta al Cantiere a Sestri Ponente come aperitivo, ieri sera; piuttosto bananosa, molto fresca e beverina senza rinunciare ad un buon sapore, è un bell’esempio dello stile, da parte di un produttore non malaccio.

Jan 17, 2006 [on tap, Poggio] Light golden body, generous white head. Mostly hoppy aroma. Clean and rather dry taste; just some traces of banana and chewing-gum. Nice citric charcater. Not bad, not too deep.
