Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, light buttery, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091023]

Bottle at Papsø’s hotel room. Clear yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma of bananas and caramel. Sweet flavour of caramel, bananas, hops and cardboard. Sweet finish.

Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet yeasty aroma that had bananas and wheat notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with wheat and bananas. Finished sourish and dry.

Bottle, 5.0%. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has a little wheat character, hint of banana. A little citric note, but not so powerful.

Bottled. A clear golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and not much more. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty and bready finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with large head - highly effervescent. Ripe banana, clove and wheat malt flavor - less sweet. One of the better Kristallweizen - excellent.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy. Tastes sourish and dry, not a bit fruity. Doesn’t taste like a kristallweizen. Disappointing!
