Orange with big thick white head. Lots of lacing. Caramel, yeast, hops, wheat, and alcohol in the flavor. Really amazing beer.

Had this beer at Kafe Belgie as Schneider Hopfenweisse Tap 5. Hazy orange colored brew. Yeasty with some hops in the aroma. Flavor about the same. Enjoyable, but not outstanding. Could use some more distinctive hops.

Bought it in Venice as Schneider Hopfen-Weisse Tap 5; one of the best beers I’ve tried recently. A full-bodied weizen with the wonderful floral hints of the Brooklyn hops. Aroma is citrus and vegetal notes, very fresh and inviting. Taste is perfectly balance between the bitternes of the hops and the sweetness of the weizen malts; light carbonation that gives a very smooth sensation on the tongue; long lasting hoppy finish. Give it a try!

Expressive nose of orange, coriander, green coconut milk curry, kaffir lime...a veritable potpourri of fruity and perfumy aromatics. Deep orange hue, cloudy, with a generous creamy beige head. Off-dry --though sweetish by impression; moderate acidity and slightly elevated bitterness. Very creamy, busy carbonation, medium bodied. A delight to savor -- would have been incredible with spicy food. 50 cl bottle, best before 16.01.10.

500 ml bottle. Pours amber in colour with a decent head, lots of suspended yeast, cloudy. Big aroma, super sweet, and lots of floral and citrus hop. Same for flavour. Really enjoyed this one.

50cl bottle from Alko. Pours cloudy yellow with a nice fluffy head. Aroma is wheat, some alcohol and some yeast. Quite sweet flavor of citrus, again slightly taste of alcohol in the finish. Oily feel, still very enjoyable.

Poured into a stein. Golden with slight orange/brown tints with significant yeast haziness and a fairly thick 2 finger head. Aromas of citrus and a little malt. Taste is awesome. More hoppy than i was expecting and the citrus tones were delicious. Great blend of styles here with the increased hop taste. Loved it. Would definitely buy again

Yellow with brown hues, plenty of yeast haze. 4 cm white airy head that dissipates after a while, while leaving nice lacings on the glass. Nice hop character in the nose - grapefruit, grass an resins, some pine-needles. Banana. Some yeast. Quite a lot of white pepper. Decent malt character beneath - white bread, wheat. Quite nice overall, but there are some notes that are slightly too assertive, not really harmonious. The taste is not as impressive as the smell. Again, there are plenty of hops, but they are not as well defined as in the smell (grape, grass, floral notes). A rather sweet and juicy malty backbone mixes with a prominent spicy character (mostly white pepper). Some flavors of bubblegum, and of course banana. The finish is mildly bitter and dominated by a very sweet and sticky taste of alcohol, making the beer slightly perfumy. Faint mineral-notes, bread and hints of lemon lingers in the mouth. Moderate body, plenty of carbonation but the bubbles are rather calm. Slightly chewy due to the alcohol. This is a rather good beer, but for some reason it didn’t really do it for me. This one proves that more hops is not always better. It lacks balance, the flavors are not integrated with each other and the alcohol is too prominent.
