Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

An excellent dark wheat beer. Aroma is full of wheats, yeast, and has that typical "banana" smell familiar with many wheat beers. Flavor has stronger malts than many other wheat beers, and still has some nice flavors of yeast and and slight sweetness. Great mouthfeel for a wheat beer.

Bottle thanks to Bigmmartin. Pours a dark brown with a thin white head. Aroma is strong with malts, wheat, and banana. Notes of caramel and chocolate come out as well. The taste brings out the wheat. This beer has a clean and crisp finish. I really enjoyed this beer.

Pours a deep, rich brown with very little head. Rich aroma and flavor--some smoke, some sourness, some spice--make for a very satisfying brew.

Hazy brown pour with a fluffy off white head that lasted through the whole beer. Sweet malty aroma with notable hints of spice, dark fruits, and caramel. Alcohol is noticeable on the finish, however its not too offensive.

On tap @ Toronado. Pours a cloudy, deep brown color with a large offwhite head. Dark fruits and bread yeast have the stage on the nose. Creamy, doughy, hints of berries and lots of banana on the end. Sweet, but not cloying. A winner.

500 ml bottle in Germany. I think that I have found my Mecca. Brown almost cholate body color. Nice brown head with a baked banana aroma. Slightly banana taste. Palate is mellow and very smooth. Alcohol so well hidden I would almost guessed it for the half of what it is. Weizen peices spewing carbonation from the bottom of the glass. Unreal beer. number 1 on my list.
