Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Amazing bouquet of fresh berries. Flavor is sweet and fruity but a little meaty, like a honey-baked ham. It’s light and crisp, and has a little stinkiness in the first couple sips, but that dissapates quickly and smoothes out about an inch into your glass. Bottle at Brother Tuckers in Plantation, Florida.

500ml bottle. Pours a gargantuan, frothy, root beer float-esque, tan, lasting head. Muddy, deep brown body with fine yeast clouds. Chunky, abundant lacing. A sight to behold. Big clove nose with underlying banana and vanilla. No alcohol in the aroma. Smells of sweet crystal and chocolate malts. Bready wheat malt aroma and some doughy yeast. Medium, creamy body. Slight, pleasant warming alcohol with mild alcohol flavor. Complements rather than detracts from. Average carbonation. Sweet and spicy flavors are balanced by a light bitterness. Bready and delicious. This beer is a well-crafted masterpiece.

Wow....what a great beer. Incredibly refreshing!! Aroma has hints of fruit and malt and is very crisp and light. Flavor is a phenomenal balance of bananas, cloves caramel, chocolate and wheat. Some subtle hints of vanilla run throughout the experience. Crisp, dry finish. Just fantastic.

Pours dark amber/brown with off-white minimal head. Aroma is of malty bread dough. Flavor is very sweet, yeast, lots of malt. Has hint of coriander and banana as well. Minimal aftertaste with awatery feel. A very good beer to go with good food, and have a bottle to store for later.

Dark brown colour with a big foamy head. Roasted and malty aroma with some wheat notes. Flavor was quite sweet with notes of malt, clove, spices and dark fruit. The alcohol is well hidden. Nice weizen bock indeed.
