Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

bottle. Hazy deep amber-brown colour, large beige head. Very aromatic. Full-bodied, sweet and malty background with flavours of prunes, raisins, caramel, chocolate. Pleasantly yeasty and wheaty in the background. Delicious!

Dark red/ brown, fully beige head, full flavor balance, nuts, oil, bits of roasted parts, very nice complex one.

Poured from a bottle into an English pint glass (shocking I know), so did not get much head. The aroma had strong citrus characters, as well as a prominent caramel sweetness. An incredibly smooth beer, beuatiful mix between the fruity citrus, malt and slight chocolatey flavour. A very strog coffee taste throughout which creates a welcome bitterness. Perhaps a little more caramel would balance the flavour more, but a beautiful beer none the less.

Bottle pours a two-inch tannish head that lasts a good few minutes. No lacing. Color is a translucent dark caramel. Spicy aroma. Taste is sweet, smooth, bready. nice mouthfeel, a little tart at the end. Great beer.

Appereance is murky brown almost like sewer water. I know that sounds bad but its the best describer for what this beer looks like. Aroma is caramel, wheat and yeast overall it has a sweet aroma. Flavor is wheaty up front with a complex tart to sweetness in the finish. Carbonation is great, noticible in the finish. Smooth beer that finished slightly sweet and clean. Outstanding.

Bottle, shared with my buddy Nick. Cloudy, rusty brown with a short head. Complex Nose of belgian yeast and molasses, slight breadiness, a little bit of sweet brandy, slight sourness. Apple Pie. MAYBE a little over-ripe banana. Strong black cherry flavor. Slightly thin, well carbonated. More black cherry in the aftertaste, some sourness, crisp. Pretty good beer would drink again.

Crushed with Jakebra. Smells like a cross between a quad and an imperial weizen. Complex as shit. Oh and tastes awesome. About as wheaty as a beer can get, but a nice complement of dark fruits makes this one excellent brew.

Smells slightly metallic and slightly sweet smell as it warms. smooth, sweet, slightly milky taste that is very rich. A nice balance of wheat and fruitiness with darker ans sweeter flavors as it warms. A very nice beer. I only wish it were lower in alcohol so I could drink more!
