Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Bottle. I probably had the worst serving of this beer ever - brown bagged on a hot-ass night in nyc. It was still legit. Aroma is wheat and clove. The taste is wheat, clove - almost like a witbier - with balls. There are just slight notes of alcohol towards the end of the bottle, but it hides it extremely well. Great beer.

Best beer ever! Tart, malty aroma with a long lasting head. Flavor is rich and heavy, giving way to exquisite accents of chocolate, apples, caramel and bananas. Surprisingly non-bitter considering its 8.2% alcohol content. An ale for the ages!

Oh, one of my alltime favourites. Greats taste of gingersnaps, mature bananas, koriander and some fruitiness too. Very warming, I guess that’s why some people think It’s seasonal, perfect after a cold winters day. Love it!

Deep brown-red colour with a thick white head. The aroma is really complex, there is spices, clove, apple, banana, alcohol... It is full bodied, taste is very complex too, with spices, clove, banana and caramel, really malty. Excellent beer overall. The 8% of alcohol is well hidden.

Appearance - Pours a dark reddish brown. Big rocky head. Smell - Aroma is sweet brown sugar and carrots, Whole grain Bread, Dark fruit esters. Not much detectable Alchohol. Taste - Bannanas, clove, and grains were at the front flavor. Low alchohol taste and pretty complex. Mouthfeel - Moderatly dry. Long lasting finish. Pretty heavy. Drinkability - Totally drinkable for the gravity and alchohol content. Very sneaky beer.
