Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

big, fluffy white head, smell is spices and grain. the taste is that wheaty taste with a low heavy malt, alcohol is a little apparent. i caught a tiny taste of that bubblegum smell/taste that some beers have and banana.. a thick, carbonated feel in the mouth. pretty good value for the money

Nice gleaming ruby with a thick creamy white lacing head. Complex aroma, full of clove, toffee, fruit, spices, very inviting. Same in mouth, strong but yet fresh and drinkable. Sometimes a bit ethilic.

On tap Capital Ale House. Dark amber brown with small white head. A lot of wheat and caramel/roast malt notes and spicey yeast character in the nose. Roasted malts, spicey clove, raisin and fruity bock like yeast notes in the flavor. Finish is semi-dry with some lingering hop bitterness and a touch of sourness. Not the first tasting of this beer for me and it remains a favorite.

0,5l bottle. Pours dark amber with big but a bit too airy head. Malty aroma with maybe some plum in it. Very similar aroma with perhaps even bit more plum. Very solid.
