Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Appearance: Pours a near clear, brown-amber body with a fluffy, downright voluptuous, off-white head. Smell: Dark, sweet-scented wheat malt aroma full of notes of cocoa, caramel, banana chips, dark fruit, and with a particularly fragrant spiciness and minor whiff of peppery alcohol. Taste: Deeply toasted wheat malt flavor with tastes of spiced chocolate powder and a bit of dark caramel candy. Heavy-handed dose of cracked cloves and cinnamon. Raisin-flavored bubblegum and banana fruitiness. Spicy, slightly herbaceous hops with a subdued bitterness. Sourish yeast quality. Dovetail of spicy phenolics and sweet malted wheat in the final tastes. Finishes malty and warming with a lingering spiciness. Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium-high, lively carbonation. There’s a delicate touch of stickiness to the mouthfeel. Drinkability: Recommended. An exemplary weizenbock full of fine complexities to savor and indulge in.

Bottle: Nice sweet and malty aroma of caramel and apple. Light citrus and banana in there too. Pours a transparent dark reddish-brown with a fizzy head that diminishes quickly. Flavor is real sweet with lots of fruit. Definite apple, some raison, light banana, citrus and some light caramel. Light sourness in the finish.

Bottle pours murky reddish brown, milky off-white head, light lacing, with numerous streams of bubbles eminating from the depths.   Wheat malts, cloves, and banana on the nose.   Forwardly wheaty, with hints of the aformentioned cloves and bananas.   Wonderful mouthfeel, full bodied, a bit too much on the carbonation side but its overlookable.   Solid flavor throughout, from beginning to finish.   I don’t think I could say enough about this beer other than its my absolute undeniable favorite Weizen Bock, and overall one of my favorites of all styles.   This is a must try!

Pours to a huge white head atop a hazy ruby/brown body that all but fully disapates. The aroma is strong. Yeasty, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, banana, clove. The flavor is cinnamon, banana, clove, yeast, wheat berries, banana bread. The flavor is well-blended. Sweet palate. Good carbonation and thickness. Damn this is good.

Wheaty, yeasty, bread aroma. Sweet malt, estery, bit of citrus. Less bitter aroma than a dunkles Hefeweizen. Opaque brown color (unfiltered) with tinge of red. Big foamy off-white head. Medium body, slightly chewy. Low carb, almost flat. Very smooth palate. All the nuances of a wheat beer, sans chalky bitterness and hoppiness. Big malt flavor without being overly sweet. Alcohol. Malty nutty after but pretty clean. Really good beer. Quotes my wife "this is what beer is supposed to taste like". One of these days I’ll convince her to get her own account.

Had some bread and spice aroma to it. Body was a caramel color with a decent tan head. Some floaters were found at the bottom of an empty glass. Had a complexing flavor. Spicey and peppery and doughy. This was a smooth easy drinking beer. A caramel aftertaste to it.

Nice full head, great color. What a great beer, especially for being a wheat. Not very powerful, or so you think. also, i could be biased, cuz my mom's a schneider and we're related somehow.

Big yeasty, estery nose with hints of berries. Murky brown color and a low tight head. Meaty, chewy body with a complex mix of spices and fruit flavors (berries). Dry finish in the front of the mouth. Thick consistency and a gritty mouth feel. This is Hefeweizen squared.
