Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

a brownish red color w/ a tan small ubbled head very frothy some signs of carbonation. Big in your face aroma is spicy of cinamaon and nutmeg and yeast, maybe a little doughy Palate is light and creamy flavor is warming but not alcoholic tastes of wheat and fig and plum. Somee good stuff but a bit wheat to score higher in my ratings. Thanks to Blake for sharing this one.

Very nice dark amber/brown color, large tan head that had some staying power.Malty sweet aroma with hints of fruit.Very nice flavor, sweet with a spicy fruitiness, malty, with the alcohol being fairly well hidden,it does come through but in an over powering way.The after taste was malty, mildly sweet with a slight spiciness along with a warm alcohol feeling as well. This is a great brew and i'm glad a have a few more for later enjoyment.

Bottle from BevMo La Mesa. Nice sweet aroma, vanilla. Tastes sweet, like a Belgian abbey but its German. Roasty, sweet, earthy, wheaty in the finish. 8% abv. Excellent beer! Awesome glassware too.

Bottle-Nice sweet aroma, lots of grapes that make it smell like wine in some ways. Dark brown/red appearance with lots of carbonation. palate is full and has a nice mouth feel. Flavors of fruits, slightly sour, somewhat musty malts and some wheat on the finish. The best weizenbock out there!

16.9 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with douglas88. Pours a cloudy brown with a moderate off-white head that lasted until about mid-glass and left partial lacing. Pleasant aroma of caramel, grain, and sour fruit. Very nice bright flavor with caramel, bananas, tart cherries, and grain all present. Very smooth at the finish with a well-rounded mouthfeel. The alcohol was very well hidden. I really enjoyed this beer.

Bottle, at Arne & Inge. Redbrown with a large light brown head. Aroma heavy malty (caramel, fruit). Flavor heavy sweet, powerful. Full body, syrupy, soft carbonated. Heavy in alcohol.
