Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Bottle poured a clear mahogany with a fast, fizzy, very-light-tan head. Sustained, lively carbonation. A very one-sided, heavily toasted malt aroma with a surprising amount of alcohol. Flavor started with an unoffensive sweetness, moving to a highly malted middle and ending with a vinous sourness. Medium-bodied with a smooth, almost fruity finish. Good, but definitely not as impressive as the description makes it out to be.

very nice amber, ruby color with a great head on the pour. very sweet malty smell along with some notes of dried fruit mainly apricot. very thin on the palate considering the color and the fruit really stands out over anything else.

Hazy brown pour with a fluffy off white head and spotty lace. Sweet malty aroma with notable hints of spice, dark fruits, and caramel. Flavor definitely follow suite. Alcohol is noticeable on the finish, however its not too offensive.

Cloudy brown dark amber. The off-white head is huge and rocky. Sweet banana clove aroma with hints of wheat. The flavor complements the aroma very well, sweet wheat and banana flavor. The body is silky smooth with and adds a sweet coating to the teeth. A very nice beer.

Poured a transparent, hazy, reddish, brown brew. The head is very very thick, light tan, but quickly receding. The aroma was spicy and sour. Tasted acidic, sour, spicy, and hints of banana. The palate was very nice and crisp. Went down warm (probably bc of alcohol). The alocohol actually adds more to the beer as it warms.
