Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Pictureqsue clear brown beer, with golden fringes. Quickly fading bubbly white head. Strong wheaty fruit notes in the aroma. Very dominating aroma. Very crisp sugary wheat. Good presence of malt, backed by a banana tone, complexed a little with light berry. An extremely crisp refreshing beer. Leaves a pleasent smack of caramel behind.

Now that I like wheat beers I can truly appreciate a good weizen bock. Pour was a hazy light brown with no head. Aroma was all wheat and yeast. The taste was a classic hefe weizen with a taste of.....raspberries? I know but that’s what it tastes like. Good stuff

Murky dark amber with a light tan head. Dark wheat and spicy caramel aromas. Medium body. Lots of sweet wheat flavors here, clove, bananas, with light roasted malts and spices.

Pours a dark brown with a huge head. Mine went over the sides of the glass. Aroma is malty and fruity. Flavor is cloves and lots of them! I also get some roasted malts and a touch of banana. Very good and very tasty.

Bottle. Dark brown with ruby highlights and huge head. Aroma is first metallic-spicy hop; after head settles down is chocolate-spiced malt. Taste is malty with delicious esters - chocolate covered fruit, slight bubblegum. Mouthfeel is medium body with a nice carbonation tingle.

Bottle. Pours a hazed dark coppery brown with a moderate off-white head that diminishes quickly leaving no lacing. Aroma of sweet dark wheat bread with molasses and lightly floral hops. Spicy sweet flavor, clove, souring dark fruit, yeast and pepper in the finish. Medium body and bountiful carbonation.
