Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

deep amber, extremely lively carbonation, thick (almost 2") foamy light beige head. the head didnt last the whole beer, but stuck around for most of it. aroma is strong on bubblegum and spices. raisin and other fruity flavors which unfortunately i wasnt able to discern at this drinking.

Bottle - Thanks to Sebastian (DerDoppelbock) for trading. Lightly hazy, brown body. Nice aroma of flowers: hops yeast with some hints of alcohol. Moderately bitter flavour. Quite nice beer.

Brown, red colored brew. Wheat, yeasty, fruity aroma. Flavor is wheaty, yeasty and some dark fruits. Chocolate, caramel malty goodness. Nice.

A very fresh beer despite its journey. Very welcoming caramel and crystal malt colour with a subtle aroma of same. The mouthfeel instantly gives a hint of the ABV. This is not a heavily hopped beer but is nevertheless balances well with the malt. A touch of wheat character in the finish with some spicy overtones. The only problem was the lack of head all the way down. RE-RATE: When a perfect specimen is found it really has an edge over many other beers. The uniqueness of its style is also a real treat.

My first weizenbock. Smells very intense with an alcoholic/astringent nose. Pours the color of a hefe but dark as a dopple. Tastes like bubblegum and bananas. Good beer just not my favorite.

Creamy and adherent foam, good persistence. Interesting color, darker than a dunkel weizen. Darkest brown, fizzy and lightly dense. Rich and spiced scent. Toasted and lightly bitter. Long and pleasant finish. Remarkable alcoholic tenor, much balanced one.

Strong beer. Creamy, thick head. A nice murky amber glow. Sweet smell, with a bit of orange. High carbonation with a taste of malt. Surprisingly clean and fresh.
