Commercial Description:
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

Pours a very dark brown. Aroma of banana and dark chocolate. One of the best dopplebocks I have ever tasted. There is a rich chocolate maltiness that is balanced out with a hints of banana and citurs fruits. Yummy!

bottle poured into Aventinus glass... pours a beautiful dark brown with a lighter bottom... excellent 2 finger white head... it is a beauty to look at in this glass... 5/5 for sure. The best weizen bock ... lives up to it’s rating. Aromas of fruits, spice and brown sugar. Medium to full body with a wonderful palate... the finish brings out the alcohol and some caramel... very well balanced and full of flavor. The commercial description really sums up this beer well... very drinkable, very soft and one of the best beers in the world.

Sweet malty brew with a strong rich flavor and a very pleasant aftertaste that’s not too bitter. Beautiful color and aroma that pours a nice but not exceptional head.

16oz bottle. Poured into a Stein. Dark mahogany colo with a big puffy head. Nose of raisins, bananna, clove, some underlying citrus and caramel. Taste is strong on bananna and clove but the warmer this beer gets the more the crazy complexity comes out. Cherries, chocolate, caramel, toffee all come through. A complex, smooth, full-bodied and incredibly tasty brew. Awesome.

My favorite german beer without a doubt. I prefer American Wheat to German Hefe & Weisse beers...but I absolutely love this beer. I have yet to have a Weizen Bock that is better. You will love the mixture of wheat and caramel/scotch malt flavors mixed with chocolatey prune boldness. Just amazing...try one today!

Cloves and pepper with a slight amount of bannana on the nose. Taste was one of raisons and a slight choc/toffee flavour, this kept developing as the beers temperature changed until fruity bannana became evident in the taste as well as aroma.

Colore marrone scuro(scurissimo!).Schiuma cremosa e aderente ,frizzante e leggermente densa, buona persistenza.Ricco e speziato l’aroma. Gusto tostato e leggermente amaro. Finale lungo e piacevole. Notevole tenore alcolico, molto equilibrata. E piacevole da bere...e ri-bere!

Much anticipated. Pours a near black-brown, with brown froathy head. Aromas of sweet-sour yeast, chocolate covered bananas with some spiciness. Flavors are off the charts: Chocolate up front with nutty malt, light toffee, dark dried fruits(raisin/sour plums), alcohol, some caramel. Very sweet, sticky, chewy, strong alcohol, full bodied-everything about this beer is over the top.
