May 10, 2008 (swing top bottle) Clear, amber colour with a fluffy, not very persistent, slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet cara-malty, slightly nutty nose with light herbal, minimal metallic hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Caramel-malty base, biscuity with nutty and light herbal accents; medium-dry, moderately sweet, slightly nutty and bitter finish (09.05.08).
