(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a huge, slightly yellow foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sour and minimal sweet wheaty nose with cloves and herbal hops. Delicate wheat-malty taste with very strong phenolic spices (cloves, band aid), almost watery body with a lively, slightly fizzy carbonation; slim, slightly sour-fruity and bitter-tart, spicy finish with a medicinal aftertaste. Weak Weizen (11.05.08).

Jun 14, 2008 Bügelverschlußflasche (bei der Brauerei gekauft): Golden and hazy, slowly collapsing bigger stable white head; sweetish wheat-malty nose with traces of bananas; light to medium sweet-sourish flavour, watery MF; citrousy aromas in the wheaty-sourish finish. Not bad, but a bit too thin......
