Jul 1, 2009 Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of joss. It pours a murky milky golden beer with a tallish head. A lot of caramel in the aroma which is accompanied by lactic components, coriander, raisins and banana. Sweet yeasty taste which is rather lactic, acidic. The strong caramel component gets cloying after a few sips. Coriander and marmite in the finish where a lot of residual sugars take over. I didn’t enjoy this beer much. Thanks a lot joss for this one!

Aroma is heavy malt (straw, meal, hay), light hop (grass, herbs), heavy yeast (dough, horse blanket, earth) with notes of banana and coriander. Light bodied, gritty texture, lively carbonation, and a metallic finish. Long duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, wheat, citrus, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light citric acidic with a average to long duration, and a fresh dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
