Bottled. A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and some fruity estery notes, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle, 5.9%. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is a lot less fruity and bananay than your usual Schneider. Good refreshing hop notes. Slightly citric. Not exactly dry, but drier. That said, the beer is still OK fruity with some citrus and a hint of banana. Quite well balanced compared to many other wheat beers.

Yellow hazy beer, greenshine, under huge, yellow-tinted, dense and creamy head. Restrained banana and (ply)woodvarnish (like wandering around in a cheap kitchen showroom). Slightly sourish-fruity. Fruity taste, but with a very special alcoholic differentation, very sherry-like. Both aspects go up an down sinusoidally. Banana, citrus or pineapple juice. Very faint varnish/solvent, and again sherry, dry. Point of saltiness, banana strengthens with the yeast. Medium bodied, very spritzy, yeast turning MF more creamy of course. All in all, just a good, but unspectacular Weizen. One point extra for the sherry-like flavour. Thanks joss (or kappldav?), this seems to be a rare one!

Bottle (# 073957): Hazy, pale golden, huge firm head; distinctive fruity (bananas & lemons) nose; moderate sweet-sourish, slightly bitter flavour, very soft, creamy MF, light to medium bodied; shorter fruity and wheaty finish with a light salty (!) bitterness in the aftertaste. Very pleasant and good Weizen ! What else could You expect from Schneider.............

Bottle courtesy of kappldav123. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells of pepper, bananas, coriander, bubblegum, some spice. tastes spicy with a nice peppery touch, some clove and banana and a nice straw-like finish.
