Bottle courtesy of kappldav123. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells of pepper, bananas, coriander, bubblegum, some spice. tastes spicy with a nice peppery touch, some clove and banana and a nice straw-like finish.

[Bottle #077969--thanks, pivnizub!] Spicy clove aroma with some sweet malt and notes of citrus, corriander, and just a touch of banana. Murky yellowish-brown with a monsoon of effervescence feeding a rocky, off-white, shiny mountain. Spicy clove and malt that is dry and practically vinous with a delicious blend of spicy malt, citrusy and maybe a little pine-y noble hops, bitterness, and carbonation. Extremely refreshing with the wheat sourness, yet nearly 6% ABV--very impressive. Light body, high carbonation, slightly waxy finish.

Bottle #009957. Cloudy dark yellow, big lacing eggshell cream. Clean fruity and spicy nose - apples, cloves, a bit banana. Same tastenotes go again in the flavo, complemented by a light vanila and mint note - immense stayingpower without becomming cloying. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Banana and spice aftertaste.

(bottle, # 077960) Cloudy, bright orange colour with a thick and dense, cream-coloured and persistent foamy head. Moderately sweet and yeasty wheat-malty aroma with distinctive apricots/citrus-fruity and lemony hoppy notes, accompanied by a touch of cloves and vanilla. Well-rounded sweet and sourish flavour, medium to light bodied with a pretty calm carbonated mouthfeel. Present wheat-malt character with yeasty and fruity notes; slightly sweet and minimal sourish finish with delicate phenolic spices (cloves, nutmeg) and aromatic lemony hops. Another fantastic Schneider Wheat Ale. Superb (08.07.09).

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. A bit darker than exspected. Tbe beer starts strong, yeasty, intense fruitiness, like lemon, well balanced finish. Really good beer!

(Bottle) thanks to Joss for this special weiss. Nose of good yeast, mild iodine and honey. Thin lasting white head and a clear mildly carbonation. Flavour is very smooth with perhaps more lemon tartness to balance the soft, bruised bananas. Finishes with a creamy dab.
