Bottled, 500ml. Golden amber with white head. Smooth, fruity weizen, initially quite light but still quite a depth of flavour with a banana note to the fore. Spicy, probably more than my tastebuds can cope with, clove and corriander seed come to mind, then a yeasty, wheaty finish with a slighly herby hop. Certainly a well crafted beer and much enjoyed.

Pours a hazy golden orange/honey lemon tea color. Head is light, fizzy, and dissipates remarkably fast for a Bavarian weizen but this one is cold and not served in proper glassware either. It’s aromatic and fruity. The requisite banana is there. So is the yeast and yogurt smells but there is also papaya and even citrus. That pineapple aromas might be due to the somewhat surprising addition of organic Cascade hops. The palate on this baby is superb. It bursts in the mouth then subsides for easy sipping. Creamy, soft, and playful. Flavors are all in the right place at the right time. There is considerable complexity here. Hops are predominant in the aftertaste but considerably challenged by the hefe. Balanced and honed as a German car.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with a thin white head. Wheat and yeast all over the aroma - light hops, orange, slight spice notes (coriander, pepper, cinnamon). Flavor is simple but enjoyable. Light finish. Nice beer.

Strong grain and yeast aroma. Cloudy dark golden color with a small white head. Sweet grain taste that fades to a slight bitterness. Light bodied for a hefeweizen.

Pours a golden yellow with a slight orange tint and a huge foamy white head. Sweet citrusy aroma with hints of lemmon and orange peel, yeast and alcohol. Very smooth crisp flavorful beer. Tastes of lemon, orange, banana with a slight touch of sour matly alcohol.

bottle, thanks a lot for sending it to Munich pivnizub :-). Orange, low head. Fruity (oranges) aroma. Very nice fruity base, oranges, peach and banana, almond - essentially all the sweet bits of a Aventinus with a aromatic hop bite. Great retronasal note.

Pours a hazy dark golden bronze with a an airy white head. Aroma of spicy clove, some sweet banana esters and a touch of bready German yeast. Body is fairly full and wheaty sweet with some peppery clove spice and doughy flavors toward a slightly more bitter noble hop finish. Well-balanced and pretty drinkable.
