| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2007 Certified USDA Organic version purchased from A Southern Season. Pours a light yellow color with a heavy fog of cloudiness. Smell of bananas and malt. The label reads organic Cascade Hops; however, I do not taste them. The taste is wheat, banana, and malt. Thin finish, but a thicker aftertaste. Sticky head. robforbes (1099), Bremerton, Washington, USA

pour is semi-cloudy golden yellow with a small white head, above average carbonation.
smell is wheat, popcorn, touch of citrus, bit of banana, yeast.
taste is very nice, wheat, citrus hiding in the background, tingles the tongue and ends nice and dry, way in the background there is a hint of spice.
this brew is nice, just a touch of sweetness to it, i’m very impressed, a must. GRM (1280), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 13, 2007 Bottle into mug, purchased at Frugal MacDougals, Nashville. Pours with a huge creamy soapy head. Yeasty, banana, lemon, clove and wheat aroma busting out all over the place; very fresh and inviting, very nice. Hazy orange straw in the glass. Fairly light on the tongue, with juicy light wheat flavors settling into a yeasty, bready finish that tingles at the sides with spiciness (ginger, cardamom, black pepper). Carbonation is near perfect, just enough fizz to tickle the tongue and accentuate the freshness of it. The middle has this wonderful fresh lime taste to it that is exactly what Miller Chill was trying to achieve with adjuncts (and failing miserably). Finish also tastes of a very light banana cream, but only in the flavor: the feel is light and crisp throughout. Wonderful hefe. mvcramer (229), Arlington, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Golden pour with frothy, billowy white head. Perfect weiss aroma with notes of clove, banana and other yeasty esters. Crisp flavor with mild bitterness on the palate to finish. I got some sourness as well, but it didn’t overpower the overall flavor. gpekar (229), Maryland, USA
