Pours out a nice cloudy yeloow color with a large white head. aroma is full of wheat and yeast with hints of citrus. Flavor is slightly sweet and has a nice hop balance to it. Over all a nice brew. I enjoyed this one

Bottle: Full pour yeilds cloudy light brown with film head. Nose is fruity ...pears and mangosteens. Light sweet malts start the medium body and wheat malts come forward second. Steady mellow hop pulse thuout. Finish is sweet with the same hop pulse. Nice

Pleaseant white head with a wonderfully appealing color. Aroma is nice, filled with fruity wheat, and hints of cloves. the taste is less impressive but sufficient non-the-less. definitely a well constructed wheat beer with a pale, slightly bitter finish. good stuff

Nice label that evokes the world of the past, when men in straw hats sipped perfectly pleasant, but not the kind of thing yosteins under their handlebar moustaches. Wow, this has a big fluffy head. It goes down smooth, then fizzy. Nice on the palate, and it is organic too. Unfortunately, it weakens a bit after this promising start, since the flavor turns out to be a little bland for a hefe. It is dry and wheaty, very pleasant overall. This appears to be an export bottle, not sure if it is the same stuff you get in Deutschland.

50cl bottle. Poured a hazy, traditional hefe look with good carbonation and a nice stable head. Lots of banana in the aroma. Very well balance hefe.

Exceptional hefeweisen. Usually taste is bad when see organi claim but this is nice. Low acidity, high carbonation, clean crisp mineral taste. Typical yeasty, banana, clove taste with a more unusual hint of pine.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big foamy, minimal off-white head. Sweet wheat-malty nose with citrus (ripe oranges), banana, a moderate phenolic touch (cloves, vanilla) and even vague hints of hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour with a light acidity, medium to light bodied, a bit overcarbonated mouthfeel. Good wheat character, yeasty and slightly fruity taste with balancing phenolic spice; light sweet, wheaty and a bit fizzy finish with spicy notes and a piney hops shining through. Complex aroma, decent taste; really a nice one.
