Firm banane aroma backed by hints of spice. Hazy orange tinted gold color with a frothy white head. Medium bodied with creamy carbonation. Strong clove flavor nearly obscures the banana. It’s really impressive. Wakes one up. The finish is nearly dry, slightly astringent, and the clove persists. Banana sort of floats along. Really good hefe.

Aroma is banana, but with a rubber quality that dominates. Slightly cloudy golden pour with a thick vanishing white head. Relatively weak flavor of banana and maybe nutmeg. More hops in the finish than can normally be expected from a wheat. It tastes good, but lacks strength.

Poured mellow-gold with a 1-inch white head that stayed for a bit. Decent lace. Smells of wheat, some sour yeast, and a little pepper. Tastes of citrus, grains, hints of coriander. Aftertaste of canned meat. Moderate to full carbonation. Very well-balanced and refreshing.

(500mL bottle): Pours a cloudy amber brownish color, with a very fizzy carbonated white head, quickly diminishing. Malty aroma, earthy, potato or wheat or something rotten, not appealing Fizzy potoaey taste, clean aftertaste, not a lot of flavor.

A very good hefe. Wheaty nose with strong banana and spices. Smooth body with a lots of banana and spice in the body but a slightly watery finish. Probably the best organic beer I’ve had.

Bottle, organic version. Pours with an orange to light-brown body and white head. Slight malt and fruity aroma, predominantly orange/apricot. Most of the flavor comes on the front and middle of the palate, finishes kind of watery, but clean. Light body with fruity flavors, some malt and clove.

500ml - Aroma of bread dough, lemon and sweet malts. Pours transparent gold with constant bubbles, a big fluffy lasting head and great lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Palate is tart and crisp. A refreshing and tasty Hefe.
