500ml - Aroma of bread dough, lemon and sweet malts. Pours transparent gold with constant bubbles, a big fluffy lasting head and great lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Palate is tart and crisp. A refreshing and tasty Hefe.

500ml bottle. Weizen glass. Cloudy yellow with a moderate head. (Aggressively poured.) Aroma was fairly strong and of the typical wheat, clove and banana of a hefeweizen. Taste was heavy on the clove with some spice and citrus and a touch of malt. Well carbonated with a tangy bite to it.

Pours murky yellowish-orange with a small bubbling white head (i.e.-stagnant urine). Fairly typical but pleasant aroma of light banana, wheat, clove, and just a bit of lemon zest. Fruity, zesty, and spicy mid-palate. Palate is light, dry, spicy, and effervescent. Not great, but a very balanced, easy drinking hefe.

Bottle, Weizen glass. Tons of banana, cloves and citrus aromas. Pours a very light and cloudy color. with a small but lasting white head. Nice big full rounded flavor, Nice sweetness, with just a touch of bitter hops at the finish. A nice weiss and the light hops is a bit of a suprise for the style.

Organic version in 500mL bottle. Unsure how this differs from non-organic version. Pours with huge, foramy white head, looks delicious. Dark amber/golden color with lots of bubbles. Bannana and vanilla notes in the smell and hearty wheaty and yeasty tones are present as well. Tastes of yeasty, bready flavors but there are subtle hints of spice and citrus zest too. But in the end the flavor is a little muted. There is a little bit of a warming effect from the alcohol. The body is not heavy or too lilght, and a good balance and mouthfeel for the style. Overall a pretty good beer, and good for a hot day.
