cloudy brownish golden color. Aromas of ripe bananas. The flavor is quite nice, with sweet malt and banana. A respectable Heffeweizen...

Organic version. Pours light amber. Spicy cinnamon banana flavor. Very good. My fourth Schneider and I’ve enjoyed them all.

500 ml bottle (organic version). Cloudy apple cider-honey color with huge fizzy head that quickly settles into a nice small cream. Excellent spicy-yeasty, banana, and mildly peppery nose. Flavor is similar with some wheat and slight bubblegum taste added, balanced nicely by a very small taste of alcohol and tart and spicy yeast. Palate is a little more than light, and is tingly-dry and refreshing.

Unassuming, but authentic Bavarian hefe nose - mild clove with banana-nut-bread yeastiness prominent in nose. Murky gold, with disappointing soapy cream head that faded very quickly. Yeast and wheat give clove & very mild banana mix with weak mealiness- as per style. Sharp wheat acidity seems to meld with fruit notes of banana and yeast esters - works with the ingredients and style

I’m all excited because this one is a truly organic beer - yea! It sure looks delicious and meaty, with his heavily clody, yeasty, dark yellow-hue, with some majoryeast-floaties. The aroma is quite spicy, and full of wheat. On eo fthe best I’ve had. Not too much citrus, and the spices/wheat are well balanced with a honey-filled, malty sweetness.
