Rather clear with just a touch of haze. Very fizzy head fizzed to nothing very quickly. Aromas were very matly, some spice, light fruit. Touch of banana. Banana in the flavor as well, with a definite wheat twang. More strong malt with some breadiness in there. Average.

Another nice german hefe. Aroma is semisweet. Appeanace is light cloudy brown. Mouthfeel is smooth with a little malty aftertaste. Flavor is fair with a nice texture. Its basically an average beer, well produced.

My first orgainic beer. I’d never intentionallly purchase an organic beer but this is my third beer by Schneider&Sohn and I knew there was no chance they’d make a bad beer. It didnt’ disappoint but I’d choose the regular weiss or the aventinus over this anyday

Pours a foggy gold and amber with a thin white head. Aroma is heavy nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves with banana esters, light citrus, and pineapple. Taste holds true with the aroma but with a lower dose of the spices, the banana, and other fruits mesh well and come out very well.

Pours a cloudy gold with a big fluffy white head. Smells of wheat, nutmeg, clove, and citrus. I love the flavor in this beer. It has alot of sweet nutmeg (almost tastes like root beer) and clove in the taste which is different then alot of wheat beers Ive had. At the en you get the orange citrus which blends nicely together. I think this is my favorite hefeweizen. Its killer.

Aroma of citrus with some spicy notes. Bubbly head with good lacing. Very effervescent. Solid mouth feel with the same spicy and citrus qualities. Some banana and yeast as well. A little sweet like honey. Good beer! Very refreshing.
