Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and musty yeast. Flavor is carbonated, slight banana maybe, not a bad brew, i prefer most of the others i drank from this brewery.

Well, i wondered, but i guess there are some differences between this and the normal schneider weiss. This one is USDA organic for one, the other is not. This is gold in color and has a pretty huge bubble gum aroma. I think this one is lighter in body and more fruity. Crisper and more refreshing. This is a damn good beer and I think more close to a normal german hefe. I think this is pretty darn good and 6.2% to boot. Highly recommended. Everytime I have this I like it more and more. rerate. the smell of wheat is overwhelming in this. it smells exactly like this bag of flour tortillas i’m holding.

a cloudy dark yellow liquid with a bubbly white head. musty nose of bananas, yeast and spice. German bavarian yeast flavors pitch up front with a sweetness of banana esters. some suble spices and citrus flavors. a light beer, suppose this makes since for a weisse. easy drinkn for the summer time.

The aroma is sweet, spicy, and fruity with the requisite banana and coriander. It also has a little incense. The appearance is a perfect cloudy gold with a large foamy head. The flavor is malty with all the elements of the aroma. The palate is thinner than expected. Overall this is a classic must try for everyone.

Bottle: Good example of a Hefeweizen, well balanced with wheat and sweetness, enjoyable to the last sip.

500ml brown bottle. Poured a hazy dark gold with no head. Big clove aroma and flavor, also banana. Light to medium body. slight hop bitteness and big wheat flavor. Effervescent mouthfeel. slightly sweet flavor balance. Not as crisp and clean as other Schneider wheat brews.

500ml. bottle. Hazy light golden color with a medium sized white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of bananas, cloves, bubblegum. The flavor was yeasty, fruity with some citrus and cloves along with the banana. Not a great example of the style.
