(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Hildigöltur/MoritzF. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and banana. Good full body with notes of sweet banana and plenty of yeast. Some spiciness and no real bitterness. A lovely Hefe. 270408

Bigger and drier than the regular Weisse. I would say less complex too.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with a fully diminished white head. Grainy and dry wheaty aroma. Flavour is light caramel malty and wheaty. Light cinnamon spiced. Ends with a light wheaty note. To cinnamon spiced for my liking.
