Huge white head the hangs around for a while leaving plenty of lacing. Plenty of the usual Hefeweizen aromas including yeast. bread, bananas and cloves though perhaps a little more assertive than usual. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long to average duration, spicy - cloves, fennel. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft.
