Bottle, 500ml. Pours very appealing tangerine with minimal slightly off-white head. Quite punchy banana/spices/wheat aroma on the nose, and similar on the palate, though with more of a sweet cereal presence. Very pleasant weissbier.

Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, orange, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, spicy, cloves, fennel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long to average duration, spicy - cloves, fennel. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

Dec 5, 2009 500 ML Bottle in the USA. Another excellent beer from Schneider. Although not as great as the others I have had. Cloudy with a nice head. Nice banana aroma and taste. A great Hefe but not the best.

Nov 30, 2009 Hazy gold pour. Big white head. Aroma has lots of banana, yeast, some very light hops and spices. Flavor is yeasty and has some good banana, malt and gum notes.

Nov 26, 2009 50cl bottle from the SAQ. Pours a nice hazy gold with frothy head which subsided quickly. The aroma was very nice with a resin hop scent. The taste was a medium bitter, just the way I like it. Over all this is the third beer from this brewer and they have never failed to disappoint. We need more wiesen beer in Quebec.

Nov 23, 2009 Just like all the other Schneider brews, this one doesnt dissapoint, although i have to say that there is something off a little with this, its too bitter or something, still wonderful, still delicious, but compared to the other brews by schneider, this is my least favorite.

Nov 21, 2009 Draft at redlight redlight. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a generous creamy head. The aroma is bright and floral with an up beat yeasty background. The flavor has strong notes of citrus. The mouthfeel is crisp, bubbly and very refreshing. One of the best wheat beers on the market.

Nov 21, 2009 Draft at Flying Saucer .Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Lots of wheat malt and banana in the noise. Nice unfiltered mouthfeel. The flavor has a strong pale wheat malt presence, but also has the typical banana phenols and a nice amount of residual sweetness. What makes this one a little unique is a hibiscus, culinary herb accent. Yeasty finish. Good stuff

Nov 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly sweet with notes of bubblegum, banana, grain and a bit of spice. Flavour is pretty similar, has additional hints of caramel and elderflower. Somewhat slick mouthfeel, although a little on the thin side, and a lingering finish. Overall a very good hefeweizen, quite refreshing and enjoyable, although I couldn’t consume large quantities of it.
