Commercial Description:
Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

Deep cloudy tan-orange with thick, vaguely off-white cappuccino head. A little lacing and quite good retention. Quite a few floaties. Aroma isn’t all that good: sweet, slightly off fruit, dough and breakfast cereal. Watery palate with odd tingling sensation. Flavour is like the aroma. For a low alcohol beer, it’s exceptional. As a beer per se... not bad.

Medium offwhite lasting head. Opqaue carrot orange body. Acidic earthy boiled carrot aroma. Dry watery carrot, earth, and gingerbread taste with bready notes. Chalky harsh mouthfeel. Not really very successful. (0.5l bottle, Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin.)

Bottle 50cl. Nice brew for a low alcohol. Quite drinkable although faceless. The divine Schneider yeast culture saves this beer.

Bottle:Cloudy, deep golden, firm, dense creamy head, sweet-fruity and bready-malty nose with a further worty touch; very light bodied without being really watery, sweetish flavour; light fruity and sweetish finish with a faint acidity. Even this low-alcohol brew by Schneider is quite well made......

Bottle. Worty, citric aroma with boiled milk and vegetables. Worty, bready flavor. Thin, slightly citric. Inoffensive and to a certain extent drinkable.

Sorry to see the low ratings here, but to each their own. This was one of the best alcohol-free beers I’ve tasted. Big cereal nose and flavor with a touch of sweetness. Semi-hazy orange-copper color. A bit dry. Impressive, as I can’t imagine this is an easy thing to brew.

(bottle) Cloudy, deep orange colour with a big and dense, eggshell-coloured foamy head. Sweet and yeasty nose, moderately wheaty, slightly fruity with a touch of cooked carrots. Medium-sweet flavour with light acidic notes, slim bodied with a creamy, slightly viscous mouthfeel. Malty and yeasty taste with light wheat- and fruit-character; slim and slightly sweet malty finish with faint fruity notes.

Bottle. Pours a nice dark muddy amber with a big foamy off white head. Aroma has nothing to do with hefe, though. There is some burnt quality to it, like caramel that is left on the stove. A touch of hops comes through as well. Quite watery palate. A touch metallic with that caramel feel again. Slightly grainy as well. Not the best non-alc hefe out there.
