Commercial Description:
Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

Good alcohol frei weisse. I’d say on par with Erdinger. I did a head to head with normal Schneider Weisse and the difference is ofcourse big, still they feel like the same family of products. Alc frei is noticably less bananish and sweet. Also ofcourse a lot thinner.

Bottle. Hazy orange, yellow color with a large off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty and yeasty, horse blanket, banana sweet. Flavor is light swwet and bitter with a short duration. This is very boring and thin.

It’s a dark golden beer with a nice head. The aroma has notes of wet grain/malt. The flavour is like the aroma, but it does have weak notes of banana and some sweetness. It’s clearly better than Erdinger’s non-alcohol, but that doesn’t mean that it’s nice...

Looks fine, orange and clear. Head is white and mostly lasting. But it has a real unpleasent artificial aroma and flavor, its no alternative to a regular beer.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Frothy beige head. Sweet and somewhat artificial metallic aroma. Flavour is light spiced and ligth yeast, but has this artificial touch. Is very thin bodied. Has not much to offer in the long run. Thx. to Ungstrup for this.
