Bottle at NB-ølsymposium. Clear yellow - white head. Sulfor, yeasty, wlderflowers, wheaty, banana, orange, honey, white bread, medium carbonation.

Bottle 50cl.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, bananan, light rubber. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091015]

500ml bottle. Plae straw colour with a rocky head of pufy white foam. Well carbonated with a very sweet aroma of banana lollies. Light in the mouth with a good body and well balanced flavour with some sweetness coming through.

Pours clear, pale golden with a magnificent, creamy, white head. Great duration. A few bubbles lazily creep towards the firm head. Aroma is quite bready, some slight banana and a metallic edge. Highish carbonation, fine, rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is fine, sweet, bready, light banana and some green apples. Fair hoppy bitterness in the end. Still, a kristall is a bit sex-less.

(Bottle on 2009-02-09) Golden and clear. Medium sized quite quickly disappearing white head. Banana and fruitiness in aroma. Medium bodied palate with quite a lot of carbonation. Banana, bitterness, fruitiness and hint of white bread in taste. Bitter and fruity aftertaste.

...bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a fluffy white head that was lasting with lacing. On the nose was clove notes, wheat, yeast, and fruits. Flavors were slightly spicy, malty, wheaty and yeasty. Smooth carbonation, crips flavor. Very refreshing, with a light flavorful creamy finish. I think this is the best kristall I have had so far.

Shared this with oldrtybastrd. This pours a watery golden color with a small white head that has very little lacing. This is pils like but with more flavor but still watery.
