Oct 29, 2007 Bottle. The beer is Golden color with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet with notes of Banana and citrus. Flavor is refreshing with a sweet touch and notes of Banana. Mouthfeel is sweet and refreshing. Good one! Português: Cerveja dourada com uma boa espuma. Aroma doce e frutado com notas de banana e cítrico. Sabor refrescante e com um toque adocicado e notas de banana. Sensação na boca é doce e refrescante. Muito boa!<P>

Aug 23, 2007 Golden colored, lively carbonation. Huge white head. Sweet banana in fruity aroma, rather rich one even when having this as ice cold. Medium bodied. Flavor starts with watery palate, but ending turns to nicely fruity with banana and high carbonation. Some dryness from hops also in aftertaste. Crispy, basic kristall.

Apr 19, 2007 Very light and clear with a large head. Mild wheat, some banana... but not enough. I like the big clove flavour in the Schneider Weisse Original but this is sadly absent here. Rather dull overall.

Apr 1, 2007 Bottled. Golden coloured. Quite clear. Dense white head. Light yeast, light spice and very light banana in the aroma. Flavour is a bit more characterful. Yeast, fruits, cloves and cookies. Is medium bodied. Sweetish and light spiced end.

Mar 9, 2007 Had this at the Schneider Haus in Munich as well as a great German meal. A little lemony and I like the regular non filtered hefe more. Page 418 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide and only 255 of his 500 Classic Brews to go.
