first beer of the morning while having a early lunch of wurst and pretzels at the brewery refreshing and like a pils in some respects

For a kristal, this brew is quite good. Crisp and light on the tongue, bracing yet never intrusive. The fruit and cloves rescue it from being boring, while not demanding too much from the drinker. A good pub brew.

Pours gold with a generouw white head. Smells of wheat, straw, perfume. Tastes of citrus, lightly tarte, some hints of hefeweizen. Crisp dry clean finish.

500ml bottle. Plae straw colour with a rocky head of pufy white foam. Well carbonated with a very sweet aroma of banana lollies. Light in the mouth with a good body and well balanced flavour with some sweetness coming through.

Not as complex as the Edel Weisse. Yeasty fruitiness is subdued due to filtering. I think this may be the best of summer quenchers, though. It's my fishing beer.

A great kristall style of wheat beer. Lovely fruity flavours and a spritzig palate. This demonstrates the classic taste of German kristall wheat beer.

Keep a medium pace to avoid bloating. Easy drinker. Dump some of the fizz...
