Yeasty, slightly sweet wheat-malty aroma with a moderate banana-fruity touch and distinctive hoppy notes in the background. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim malty, yeasty and slightly wheaty taste with a mineralic mouthfeel and a moderate fruitiness; slim and wheaty, slightly fruity finish with light hoppy and restrained clovy notes. Pretty refreshing light Hefeweizen.
