Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Bottle from BevMo. Great example of the style. Orangish-brown color, a little darker than expected. Aroma of fruity esters, banana, and wheat. Flavor is wheat malt, banana, clove, and yeast. Nice smooth palate. A winner.

500ml bottle (BeerAngel.de)
Hazy red, healthy tight head. Sharp, almost sour, fruity bananaey aroma. Lively carbonation, crisp refreshing palate. Plenty of retronasal fruity ester aromas. Quite bready taste, a touch yeasty and bananaey. Hops subtle in the taste, but do hang around a bit in the finish. Finish is light fruits, and a touch of caramel. Plenty of flavour, but also comes over as a tad watery at times.

500 mL Bottle. On the label it specifically states "Original Bottle Fermentation", meaning it is not filtered and pasteurized. Pours a clear amber (provided the sediment at the bottom has not been disturbed) with a 1-finger bubbly white head that immediately settles to a bubbly film leaving some lace on the sides. This beer has a very delightful and sweet aroma; sweet grain/malt with a touch of bubblegum and bananas and a faint innuendo of lemon rind. And flavor aplenty! As Nebulor describes, toasted-roasted grains and there is an accent of lime that makes that bit of astringency in the taste. Buttery finish with floral and bitter notes, and with a hint of grapefruit ending in a clean finish, the palate in contradiction to its relatively light body. I’ll add this one to my Beer Altar.

Banana, bubblegum and grain malt smell with florals on the background. A hazy nutmeg and toasted/ roasted wheat/barley grain appearance with a decent white head and too difficult to see the action. Toasted/roasted wheat/barley grain taste and lime flavor with other bitter florals. Light bodied, buttery and resinous feel, mild astringency, with lively crisp carbonation. As I’ve probably stated before while reviewing a Hefewiezen that there is a wide range for this style. This one is a session beer with a different taste.

500ml. bottle from Trinity Liquors in Spring Hill, FL. Pours a cloudy orange-amber with a medium white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is very nice. Tons of citrus, flowers, and yeast. Best aroma of any Hefe that Ive come across. Flavor is mostly citrus and yeast. Bad, sticky mouthfeel...Alot of carbonation. Kind of metallic. Best hefeweizen Ive had...Its pretty damn good...I would consider buying this again.

Banana, clove and a nice grainy aroma added to this beer’s appeal as it poured with a massive head over a dark gold body with russet highlights. Malty and grainy upfront, followed by a fruity banana bread taste. Finishes with cloves and a peppery sensation. Clean on the palate, but the carbonation is a little low for my liking.

Pours a merky golden brown "sewage water" with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma of citrus, clove and yeast. Taste has a hint of clove, wheaty. A little watery.
