Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

My favourite wheat beer without a doubt, bubblegum and bananas on the nose with a spicy clove dryness on the palate. A lovely refreshing quenching beer.

Great color, like a wild-honey from the forest... A medium head with a freaky nose. In the flavour is some roasted malt, and however, the citrus and phenolic thing. Light carbonation, a little creamy feeling. I expected more, but good.

Garrafa, em janeiro de 2008. Âmbar escura, turva, creme bege fino. Fermento, banana, cravo, frutada, porém tudo muito fraco, quase imperceptível. Agüada. Falta sabor. Leve amargor no paladar. Carbonatação média/baixa.

A pretty nice, somewhat citrusy weizen, with a lightly spiced (phenolic) nose. Banana comes out more in the flavor. Pretty fresh, spritely, with an easy finish. Well balanced between the wheatiness, esters and carbonation.

Aroma of light grains and bananas. Very cloudy light brown color with a large white head. Taste is initially bananas fading in the finish and becoming more bitter.

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass the same. It tastes very fruity-spicy, very good. That’s the way, a weizen has to taste. Very good beer.

bouteille brune de 500ml. bière de blé de belle couleur ambrée foncée (on dirait un dunkel) belle mousse épaisse et durable. nez très agréable de blé et de caramel, bouche épicée, très longue et persistante, gôut de blé avec une touche de caramel, vraiment un classique. j’adore.
