Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Pours a clody golden amber with a huge forthy white head. Citrus aroma with hints of orange, lemon, clove and yeast. Excellent Hefe-Weizen. Sweet malty taste with hints of clove, banana, lemon and orange peel, yeast and spice

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber colour. Surprisingly dark. Very tall white coarse and fluffy head that falls down rather quickly. Phenolic aroma with a strong clove background. Quite a bit of banana there as well. Rounded malt sweetness. Strong wheat flavours. Mellow texture with a light oilyness that is being cut through by the high carbonation level. Lots of character. Perhaps a little too much on the sweetside for my taste, but otherwise an excellent weissbier.

A nice amber colored Hefe Weizen. I tasted honey and caramel. This German Wheat Ale is sweeter than most. A nice head which didn’t last too long. I got this beer in a 500ml bottle, and paid $2.99, which I thought was expensive.

Medium amber to dark gold, quite dark for style, very murky. Aroma lots of clove and some banana. Flavor clove, banana, some grainy wheat. A bit of bubblegum. Bit overcarbonated for my tastes. Not bad. Faint tartness as well.

500 ml bottle. Pours a dep reddish/brown with an average size slightly foamy white head. Aroma of sour apples, wheat, grass, citrus fruit, and slght toffee malt blending it all togehter in a wierd meltig pot. Thin to medium bodied with light carbonation. Flavor of sour apples, grapes, wheat and citrus fruit. Not smooth, not good, but hey it’s still beer!!!
