Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Medium amber to dark gold, quite dark for style, very murky. Aroma lots of clove and some banana. Flavor clove, banana, some grainy wheat. A bit of bubblegum. Bit overcarbonated for my tastes. Not bad. Faint tartness as well.

Nice weisse with a lot of haze and medium sized head. Had flavors of most weisse with banana and spice flavorings. Overall a very enjoyable beer.

500 ml bottle. Pours a dep reddish/brown with an average size slightly foamy white head. Aroma of sour apples, wheat, grass, citrus fruit, and slght toffee malt blending it all togehter in a wierd meltig pot. Thin to medium bodied with light carbonation. Flavor of sour apples, grapes, wheat and citrus fruit. Not smooth, not good, but hey it’s still beer!!!

Cerveja de trigo. Muito boa. Cheiro de cereal - trigo. Coloração marron - o que diferencia das demais de trigo. Espuma de boa formação e densa. Sabor suavemente adocicado - caramelo. Leve e refrescante, boa para o calor. Retrogosto um pouco amargo. Boa cerveja.

Another beer I brought back from my trip to Germany. Pours out a dark cloudy tea color with a 2 finger off white head. Smells of coriander, wheat, banana, and a little clove. Initial taste is Banana, coriander, stale wheat bread, a strange hoppiness that throws me off, and lemon at the end. After taste of wheat and light citrus. A medium to full palate that’s a little bit high on carbonation. A good weissbier, but I got some funky tastes in there. Much darker appearance than I am used to.

Great beer. Ours a hazy amber color with a nice froathy white head, smells very sweet and tastes almost like bubble gum, great interesting brew.
