Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Very dark cider color; Medium creamy body; Aroma of wheat, spice, hint of floral/fruit. Flavor of wheat, banana, apricot, and spice overtones; I have yet to have a Schneider brew I don’t like - a solid hefe-weizen.

Nice amber, cloudy colour with an ok white head. Aroma was fruity and spicy. Flavor was also fruity and pretty malty with some noticeable spices and bubblegum flavor. Not bad and easily available.

500 ml bottle. Pours a rich amber colour wit a nice, thick head that lingers till the end. Smell is banana, clove and apples. Taste is the same with a slightly sour finish. Beautiful beer, the best of the hefes I’ve tried.

Ive grown to dig Hefeweizen . I still aint crazy about this wheat-bier. It trys to manipulate you with its perfumey smell but doesn’t even resemble a Hef ...way darker in colour ,like a Dunkle wheat hybrid or something. Flavours are stocky and hentch . Not a beer thats eazy to drink , must be the structure . Customary bubbleggum ,banana esters -clove and i got dark malt and subtle spices...a bit too sugary . Sugary bitterness aint my thing.

330ml bottle in Japan. Not the best way to rate, but I had one and figured I finally should. Rich wheat malt aroma of banana and clove. Lovely amber color. Perfect mouth feel. Rich, thick, chewy malt. Manages to be amazingly rich, sweet, and flavorful while never cloying. The standard in weissbier. Wonderful.

Sweet and grainy, lots of bread and meatiness, doesn’t taste like most other hefes, bottle from Whole Foods, Miami Beach
