Commercial Description:
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Bottle. Hazy brown pour, some carbonation pour with great aroma of spices and banana. Creamy mouthfeel, lots of light banana flavor, and a little orange and spice on the finish. Good for a humid summer night.

50cl bottle poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy copper with a ton of creamy off-white head. Aroma is bananas, citrus, apples, bread, spice(maybe cinnamon). Flavor is the same. Palate is a bit more watery than the typical weizen. Light carbonation. Finish is tart. The particular color of this beer portrayed the light just right to put on an especially lively show of the cascading yeast after the pour. Nice brew.

Pours an orange with a nice head of off white bubbles. Aroma soft banana. Clean malty slight-citrus flavor hits the tongue with a perfect amount of carbonation before giving way to banana, and apricot. World Class!

it is as described by the brewer and quite appealing indeed. well balanced appropriately flavored and spiced it is moderate in body frothy and foamy yet still substantial. highly satisfying and cloudy the beer is sweet and simply the status quo of its style.

500 mL bottle from Total Wine. Golden brown pour with a tall off-white head. Aroma of banana, bubblegum, and yeast. Flavor of bubblegum and banana. Near the top of its class as far as hefeweizens are concerned. An excellent beer.

Light brown color with tan head. Big aromas of over ripe bananas, cloves, tart wheat. Very smooth medium body. Great flavor is lightly sweet banana bread with clove and other sweet spices. Has a bready tart wheat taste to finish. Great Hefe brew.

This brew pours a leathery brown color with a big bubble off white head the didn’t last all that long, but it left some nice lacing behind. The aroma had tons of sweet banana’s and fresh baked bread, but there was also a sour note I’m not sure where that was coming from. Both the taste and mouth feel of this beer are phenomenal, the taste is very clean, good wheat malts along with banana and citrusy notes make this beer’s taste fantastic. The mouth feel is soft and thick kind of like cream but some how a touch chalky. This is the way a hefe is suppose to taste.
