Commercial Description:
With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

A little bit on the synthetic with lots of cloves and bubblegum. A reasonable amount of grip and a decent but small head. Are better Schneider & Sohn brews out there.

Pours pale brown, almost as if it is a light version of a Dunkelweizen. Near white head forms well and retains well. Nose is pleasantly assertive with a clean fresh whitebready component, light banana clove. Plenty of wheat malt on the palate give it a smooth sweetness over medium body, with the banana clove in the background. Again fresh bready components are noted. Finish is medium long and bready. Very drinkable.

500 ml bottle. Pale, cloady golden body with a nice white head. Aroam of wheat, banana and yeast. Flavor is refreshing, slightly acid, still a bit sweet, wheat, yeast and citric. Quite nice but frankly a bit thin and one dimensional.

50cl bottle A murky golden colour with a pure white head. The Aroma is pretty discrete with smells of wheat, banana and some citrus. Wheat is really dominant in the taste.

An unclear golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of wheat and quite a lot of banana. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat as well as medium notes of banana and straw, leading to a wheaty finish.

Classic hefe weiss, lovely waft of banana & hints of cloves on the nose, pours out a nice fiesty, cloudy deep orange. Fruity, citrus, banana, ever so slight spice, you cannot ask more from a german weiss beer although it doesn’t stop most of them tasting of nothing. Good refeshing tasty beer.

Not typical for a Helles Weisse in colour. More grumsy than cloudy. But the taste?? Very good. One of the better ones.
