Commercial Description:
With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Tap in the white horse. Alround rating: Thin, wheat is dominant, clove and banana, not as malty as the origional, massivly carbonated, some pepperyness in the finish. Not my style anymore.

Draught. Hazy, yellow body with a large, wite and stable head. Fair lacing Nose of yeast banana and wheat. Sweetish flavour with banana and citrus. More dry finish. Nice and crisp.

500ml bottle. Bright golden amber colour with a thick rocky billowing white foam head. Aroma of cloves and citrus mixed with hops. Light in the mouth with a good balance of sweetness and a good body.

500ml Bottle. Pours hazy orange/yellow with fluffy white head. Nose is strong banana and honey with a bit of wheat. Fairly fizzy in the mouth but still a little thin and watery. Flavour is also a bit thin but has spice, mild fruitiness and plenty of grains. Pleasant and easy drinking but nothing outstanding.

At their Munich tap. Golden-amber with slight haze. Rocky head. Has a somewhat grassy hop aroma. Clean, fresh taste. Light hop accent leaves some woodiness but there is also a strong, earthy malt underpinning. Not bad.

Draft at brewpub. Cloudy yellow with big white head. Leaves a little lace. Aroma is plummy and citrusy. Flavors are nice with a great smooth palate. Is very light but very flavorful, fresh, and refreshing. Really dig this lack of heaviness.

Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.
Pours clear, deep golden. With yeast, it turns lightly muddy. Fine, small, frothy, off-white head. Heavy overripe banana aroma, some red apples, wheat and some spices. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, good wheat balanced with a great amount of flowery, straw and grassy hops. Fine, rather heavy bitterness. Banana and a touch of oranges. Really good hefeweizen.
