Commercial Description:
With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Draught at Schneider Weisses Brauhaus, Munich.
Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant fresh wheaty nose. Lively carbonation. Fruity and estery banana and pleasant agrumy taste with notes of yeast and spices. Typical refreshing weizenbier.

Bottled 50cl. Sampled in a Bierstube in Aarau, Switzerland. It pours a hazy golden beer with a white head. The nose is slightly musty and acidic. The taste is mainly of banana accompanied by an unpleasant acidic component. Some lemon. Faintly musty and watery. This hefe is neither refreshing, complex or tasty.

from a 500ml bottle. Pours a nice straw color and cloudy as expected. Aromas of banana and clove not as pronounced as expected, a bit over carbonated. A bit below expectations from this brewer.
