Commercial Description:
With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Lovely hints of fruit and cloves with the sort of bite that makes your thankful for tastebuds. This brew is an excellent example of German craftmanship.

Drank from the bottle (didn;t note color). Pleasant aroma, light and slightly floral. Tases faintly tangy; spicy. Didn’t reallyt note any banana like others mention. Little taste of alcohol.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Cloudy golden blond colour. Nice white, sustained head. Highly carbonated. Aromas are banana, vanilla, cloves. Taste is banana, some apple and slightly bitter. Watery on the palate, but very drinkable. Very good.

Sweet aroma, sort of clove like with a wonderfull smooth body and citrus undertones. It left me wanting more - so I had another - and another...

500 ml bottle, bought in Germany. ABV is 5.2%. Hazy golden colour, large head. Lovely weissbier aroma, plenty of cloves, some banana too but not as much as in some other hefes. Cloves also in the flavour, which is light bodied, refreshing and not too sweet. A slightly lemony finish. A very enjoyable hefe!

i couldnt quite figure out why they have this beer and the ordinary weisse. it was very cloudy, low in aroma. a bit salty but with that pleasant warming sensation that good wheat beer delivers. fruit juice texture and surprises with a late surge of bitterness. satisfying
