Good beer, I like this style, I can not say anything against it, the flavour is just nice. NOt so wheaty but good to drink.

50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Muddy brown colour with a great white head. Lovely aroma of yeast and bread-like. Very yeasty flavour with notes of wheat and fruitness, hard to find any roastness in the flavour.

Bottle Lightly brown, rocky head. Murky, brown body. Nose of malts (caramel), flowers, citrus (orange). Lightly sweet, lightly bitter flavour. Rather flat and uninteresting.

Bottle, Lubeck. First of all, I think dunkelweizen is a contradiction, I want my hefes and wheats nice and light. And besides that, when compared to its lighter-coloured namesake, this has little more to offer in the way of flavour.

500 ml bottle: pours orange brown with a big fluffy tan head. Seems a lot lighter than other dunkel weizens. Mild banana and clove aroma. Flavor was slightly over ripe banana and cloves. Slightly sweet finish. A very nice beer.

Cloudy brown with tan head that lasted forever. Very nice fruit nose with mostly bananas. Flavor follows nose and mouthfeel smooth and clean. Easy to drink. Very nice beer.

Standard, hazy hefe dunkel look with big, lasting head; wonderful banana-like smell. Rich taste, with some caramel and coffee notes, and - suprisingly - slight bitterness in finish. Very good beer.

Small, very light brown head, aromas of sweet banana and roasted malt. A taste of tingling, sparky malt and wheat. Long and satisfying quite sweet finish.
