Sep 22, 2005 Bottle. Excellent tight, creamy head, with ooutstanding stability. Very little aroma, but some banana is evident. Flavor is a bit boring to start with, but as the beer warms milk chocolate and hops come through. Highly carbonated, which makes it a bit hard to enjoy in the start. Unusually hoppy finish for a weizen. Pretty good.

Jul 22, 2005 (bottle) Murky brown colour with reddish shades and a firm fluffy off-white head. Yeasty aroma with cloves, malts and traces of citrus. Slight sweet flavour, medium body. Starts with toasted malts and a well bound banana fruitiness but unfortunately ends in a bland and short finish.
