Bottle. [Courtesy of nicolascage, session @ Ølbaren] Huge thick creamy head that mostly lasted. Clear flat brown color. Thick film like lacework. Aroma of yeast, banana, coriander, toasted malt, citrus. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a hint of citrus. Light sweet finish. 18-09-2007, Thanks Lars!

50 cL bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Slight metallic alcohol malty aroma. Spiced hoppy and malty flavour. Dry and slight fruity finish. Decent.

Brownish hazy beer with a surprisingly white head. Fruity aroma and flavor. Notes of oranges in the background. Some malty sweetness as well.

Brown. Tall off-white head. Unclear. Mild aroma and flavour. Wheat. Banana. Some malty sweetness. Traces of sevilla oranges. A touch of bread. Not to bad, not outstanding either. Just plain and simple - nice.

LIght bananas and cloves in the aroma. Way over wheatified and banana for me. Just can’t get into something so wheaty/fruity.

Aroma: fresh green apple, sweet malt, altogether quite like apfelstrudel in a very nice way. Nice, clovy yeast character with hints of lemon peel. Not very complex but very well balanced and intriguing.
Appearance: strange, murky brown with a hint of orange. Very cloudy, but lets light through in yellowish rinds. Pale beige head which sets inmoderate pace. Thick, creamy lacing.
Flavour: nice, refreshing, not very big but with a nice spectrum of sourishness and malty sweetness and yeasty spice. Banana-feel to it. Hint of smoke. Very creamy and mild. The aftertaste is sourish and lacks bitterness.
Palate: very smooth and creamy. Not bad at all. Decent carbonation. Gets a bit too creamy.

Quite nice, tasted similar to the none-Dunkel one, but for me a bit more bready and malty, which did not add anything, in fact, made it less palatable than its lighter in colour cousin.

Bottle. Great color, great head, and great lacing. Lots of banana aroma and flavor going on here, but it’s more like a fresh banana (green) than ripe one (brown). Medium body. Nice bitter finish.
