Dark cloudy brown. Aroma and flavor is big banana but also decidedly more bready and toasty than their regular hefe.

Dry-peach brown color. Small but long lasting white head. Sweet aroma, very hoppy with notes of orange peel, sugar and grapefruit. Flavor is sweet, herbal, fruity with hints of passionfruit. Medium body, bitter end. Well-balanced.

Draught in St Petersburg, Russia. Brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is lightly brown and the flavour is slightly banana, bubble gum and quite light. Overall an average dark wheat beer.

Bottle from berlin. Big loose tan head. Cloudy reddish brown body. Very light flavour, not much happening at all. A slight tar-ish roast malt, with a citrus finish, but very watery. Get’s better as you drink it, but no great shakes. It zings on the side of your tounge in the finish. Avoids the chemical coating on your tounge that the other Schöfferhofers seem to have.

beautiful cloudy layered look with a GOOD HEAD... for once the content was similar to the appearance and the flavor was bitter enough to not be oversweet like some weizens

Bottled(500ml). -Pours a hazy brownish/amber colour with medium size pale beige head and wheaty and banana nose. The aroma is mild malty, yeasty and fruity with powerful banana flavor. Mild sweetish fruity finish.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Muddy brown colour. Light malty moderate yeasty aroma. Nice but not great flavor. Light bitter. Averate finish. not as many fruity notes as hoped. Watery palate. I have had better dunkelweizen.
